Is there parking available nearby?
Yes, there is easy street car parking available nearby. You can find the detailed map on our Contact Us page.
There are sometimes unofficial parking assistants, we recommend giving them 50 cents for their help (they may ask for more).
Can I return the bike to other shops?
No, we currently do not have other shops where you can return the bikes.
All returns must be made at our main location.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are from 10:00 to 14:30 and 15:30 to 20:00 (We are only closed from 14:30 to 15:30), providing more flexibility compared to other shops that have limited hours
Do you have large bikes available?
Yes, we offer large bikes with 28-inch wheels, which are not commonly available at other rental shops.
We also have three different sizes to accommodate various needs.
What sizes of bikes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes:
- City Bikes: Medium (for people shorter than 170cm) and Large (for people taller than 170cm).(Small for people who are 143cm to 160cm (Available by request)
- Trekking Bikes: Medium (for people shorter than 170cm) and Large (for people taller than 170cm).
- E-Bikes City: One size (for people between 160cm and 190cm).
- E-Bikes Trekking: Large size (for people between 175cm and 195cm).
- Children’s Bikes: Two sizes, 20-inch wheels (ages 6-8) and 24-inch wheels (ages 9-12).
What kind of locks do you provide?
We provide strong chain locks for your flexibility, confidence and security (better than other shops that often have cheap and restrictive D-locks)
Do your bikes have anti-puncture tyres?
Yes, all our bikes are equipped with anti-puncture tyres for added reliability. This feature ensures a smoother and worry-free ride, and it’s a benefit not offered by nearby rental shops.
Do you offer any free accessories with the bike rentals?
Yes, we provide helmets. Lights, baskets. free phone holders and locks with every rental.
We also offer child seat rental from €3/day (suitable for children aged 0-4 years old/up to 22kg)
Are your bikes regularly maintained?
Yes, we take great pride in the maintenance of our bikes.
Each bike is thoroughly checked and serviced after every rental to ensure it remains in excellent condition, providing you with a safe and enjoyable riding experience.
